Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms of Use (“TOU”) carefully as they govern your access and use of this website (“Site”) and the products and services provided herein (“Service” or “Services”). These TOU are in addition to (not in lieu of) any specific terms and policies that apply to the Services you purchase or access through the Site, which terms and policies are incorporated herein by reference. The TOU and specific terms and policies referenced herein are collectively the “Agreement”.

As used herein, “RM Solution”, “we”, “us”, “our”, and “ours” refers to RM Solution, together with its affiliates, d/b/a RM Solution. “Customer”, “you”, “your”, and “yours” refers to the customer accessing this Site and purchasing and using the Services together with any company or other business entity you are representing, if any.

We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, the Services and these TOU at any time without prior notice to you. You should therefore review these TOU each time you access this Site to keep apprised of these changes. If you do not agree to the changes implemented by us, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your relationship with us as a customer of the Services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or products that change, augment or enhance our Service offerings will be subject to this Agreement.


Our Obligation

A. Design Services, Process & Project RM Solution custom design service (the “Service”) provides businesses (each, a “Client”) the option to use a system to post specific assignments and project descriptions (each, a “Project”), including illustrative samples or other media (each, a “Creative Brief”), provide additional direction during the design process (each, a “Revision Brief”) and obtain responses (each, a “Response”) to those Creative or Revision Briefs from design experts retained by us. Your Responses will be created iteratively through a drafting cycle of Creative Briefs, Revision Briefs and Responses, ultimately resulting in a final Response conforming to your various Creative and Revision Briefs (the “Final Product”).

B. Content RM Solution does not have a duty to and does not generally screen or edit content, but we reserve the right to refuse Service, monitor or to remove, without notice, any content for projects which, in our sole discretion, are deemed illegal, misleading, or obscene, or are otherwise in breach of these TOU.

C. Ownership Rights of Artwork Subject to your compliance with these TOU, you shall own the Final Product. You shall not, however, own any materials, media or other content generated during any revision cycles leading up to the Final Product, and we expressly reserve all right, title and interest in and to the same. We retain the rights to all artwork concepts and other content not selected by you.

D. Trademark, Service Mark & Copyright Clearance You hereby acknowledge that RM Solution shall have no obligation or duty to perform trademark, service mark or copyright clearance searches, inquiries, or the like, in order to validate the propriety or legality of the Final Product. Moreover, you acknowledge that RM Solution shall have no responsibility or obligation of any kind to assist you in seeking state or federal intellectual property protection, including, without limitation, trademark or copyright registration, for the Final Product, nor shall RM Solution be responsible for assisting you in any way in your attempt to perfect your rights in or to the Final Product. It is solely your responsibility to determine if the logo is suitable and appropriate for your use and to obtain the advice of an attorney or other suitable professional regarding whether or not the logo is legally available for your use and/or infringes the rights of any third party. Accordingly, you are encouraged to perform your own independent searches with regard to the Final Product.

E. Collected information, its privacy, usage & security RM Solution is committed in providing you a complete safety of your personal information. We require information that helps us in creating your order. While we aim to make your experience as secure as possible, electronic transmission cannot be fool proof in an absolution. Therefore, we do not pledge 100% protection.

RM Solution takes profile information only for the purpose of account creation, profiling and communication. The information can also be used for email alerts, updates, promotional offers and notification depending upon the consent of the customer. Our design consultants may contact via email, phone or chat for any possible concerns related to payments, new services, discount offers & projects. Your reviews may be posted with your consent along with your complete name. We keep records of certain information to help improve our company presence & service experience.

RM Solution utilizes a secure transaction server to complete your online payment transactions with precision. We use internationally accepted measures to ensure complete safety of your information. The details that you share are protected by the Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

F. Confidentiality RM Solution adheres to strict confidentiality of its clients. The details that you share with us are not disclosed or distributed to any 3rd party vendors.

G. Unlimited Concepts Packages that offer unlimited logo design concepts are based on fair usage policy of up to 30 logo design concepts.

H. Satisfaction Guarantee All design work goes through strict quality checks before delivery. RM Solution offers Unlimited Revisions until satisfaction.


Your Obligations

I. Materials Provided by You You warrant that you have rights to all materials provided and grant RM Solution a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use such content for service delivery, internal, promotional and archival purposes. You agree to provide timely responses. Failure to respond within 30 days will deem the project completed.

J. Account, Password & Security You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under it.

K. Fees and Payments All fees are due at purchase, in USD, and are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated. Services begin immediately upon payment confirmation.

L. Additional Charges Additional charges may apply for rush delivery, scope changes, post‑finalization changes, or third‑party integrations.

M. Delivery of Final Product Final files are delivered digitally via the account area within stated timelines depending on service type.

N. Content Management System Once credentials are handed over, RM Solution is not responsible for further changes or errors.

O. Defamation You agree not to defame RM Solution on any platform.

P. Conflict Resolution Only issues documented through the account area will be considered.


Termination


Q. Service Cancellation
RM Solution may terminate services for non‑payment, violations, or legal reasons. Outstanding balances remain payable.


R. Refunds
Refunds are allowed only within stated conditions and timelines. Non‑responsiveness or revision requests void refund eligibility.


Warranty & Limitation of Liability

All services are provided “as‑is” without warranties. Liability is limited to the amount paid.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RM Solution against claims arising from your use of the services.


Jurisdiction & Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws, and disputes shall be resolved in competent courts.


Force Majeure

RM Solution is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.


Support

Support is available via phone, email, and live chat during business hours. If a project is on hold for more than 2 weeks from the client’s end, it will be archived and subject to a reactivation fee.

Privacy Policy

Introduction

Welcome to RM Solution. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose personal information when you interact with our website, services, and communications (including SMS/text messaging). By using our site, submitting your information, or engaging with our services, you agree to the practices described below.

  • Communicate with our team

  • Use our website (via web analytics, cookies, tracking tools)


Use of Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries, provide services, and manage client relationships

  • To send you project-related updates, status notifications, billing reminders, or support messages (including via SMS/text)

  • To personalize content, improve our site and services, and analyze usage patterns

  • To process payments, invoices, and maintain financial records

  • To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms of service


SMS / Text Messaging Communication & Consent

Because we use SMS/text messaging as part of our client communications:

  • We only send text messages to clients or contacts who voluntarily provide their phone number, either through our website forms or by direct agreement.

  • When submitting a phone number through our forms, users will see a link to this Privacy Policy and an explicit notice that they are consenting to receive service-related messages (not marketing messages).

  • Each text message clearly identifies RM Solution as the sender and is directly related to the recipient’s project or communication with us.

  • Recipients are informed that they can opt out anytime by replying STOP, or reply HELP for more information.

  • We explicitly state: message and data rates may apply, and message frequency may vary depending on project activity.

  • We do not share, distribute, or sell mobile phone contact information to third parties for marketing purposes.

  • Once a recipient opts out, we immediately cease sending any further messages unless they re-consent.

  • No mobile information will be shared or sold with 3rd parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the stated categories and this privacy policy exclude text messaging originator. Opt-in data and consent; this Information will not be shared with any third parties.


Disclosure of Your Information

We will not share, sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • To service providers and contractors acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics) who are contractually obligated to protect your privacy.

  • When required by law or legal process (e.g., court order, subpoena).

  • To protect our rights, safety, or property, or that of our users.

  • In connection with a business transaction (e.g., merger, acquisition), but only if the acquiring party agrees to follow this privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Afterward, data is securely deleted or anonymized.


International Transfers

If we transfer your personal data outside your jurisdiction (e.g., from the U.S. to servers abroad), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as standard contractual clauses) to maintain data protection.


Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16 (or higher age under applicable law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have done so, contact us to request removal.


Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make substantial changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our site, and update the “Last Updated” date.

Refund Policy

RM Solution” allows you to have your money back within 30 days of order placement & reserves the right to terminate this, at any time, with or without notice depending upon the scenario. This offer strictly implies that the refund is asked upon viewing the initial samples only, requesting for revisions on the initial design work shall be regarded as a continuation of the project & will make this guarantee annulled. We totally rely on customer’s prompt feedback during the design process to complete the task effectively and therefore hope that the customer gives a proper feedback in order to get the desired results.

 

I. We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client stays non-responsive for 15 Days however, client can send us an email to hold the project if there is some personal issue.

 

II. In case the client wants to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, refund won’t be applicable; though we can hold the project in such case and the client can come later and get the project started again.

 

III. Furthermore, customer shall forfeit the right to the refund outlined above if customer request additional revisions (1 or more design changes regardless of the complexity) or modifications to any of the initial concepts. You shall also forfeit the right to a refund if you do not respond in a timely manner to a status notification from “RM Solution”.

 

V. In case of finalizing one part of the order the customer won’t be eligible for a refund for the rest of the remaining package.

 

VI. 24-hour design fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-refundable.

 

VII. We won’t entertain or refund any orders if the client changes his/her mind.

 

VIII. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. If an order cancellation request is posted prior to the delivery of initial concepts, you are eligible for a refund. In case of a duplicate charge, the 100% amount will be returned. If design requirements are not fulfilled, committed at the time of sale or the designs are not delivered in accordance with the delivery policy, though a proof is required for such commitment, refund can be claimed. You agree that for bundle packages (for e.g. Logo, Stationary, Website, Social Media and Brochure) refund will be as per the services availed. If there is any discontinuation with certain service included in the bundle package, then the refund must be claimed before the initiation of that service.

RM Solution refund policy will be nil if:

You have chosen a special package.
The primary design concept has been approved.
You have demanded revisions.
The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
The creative brief is lacking in required information.
A complete design change has been demanded.
The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
The business is closing or changing name or business.
Please note that promotional offers are non-refundable. Once a purchase is made under a promotional offer, refunds will not be provided. We encourage customers to review all terms and conditions before availing of any promotional offers. Thank you for your understanding.
Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’ or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
If a client subscribes for a service bundle and happens to be dissatisfied with a particular service, refund will only be applicable on that particular service and ‘not’ the entire bundle.
The client will not be entitled to any refunds after 7 days, from the date of purchase.
Services including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration are not entitled to refunds under any circumstances.
All hosting, infrastructure, and server-related services are non-refundable once activated or provisioned.
In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
All payments are non-refundable. In the event of a client’s death, unused services may only be transferred to an approved family member or beneficiary and cannot be exchanged for cash.
All communication between RM Solution team and the customer should be documented on a registered email address provided by the customer.

– For order delivery, the Company shall contact the customer through the email address provided by the customer at least three times.

– In case of no response from the customer, after three emails (including delivery and reminders) and the expiry of seven consecutive working days from the delivery of the project, the project shall be deemed accepted by the customer and the company shall not be liable for any refunds after this date as the company has already deployed resources for project fulfillment and allowed reasonable time to the customer to respond.

– Further, If the customer is non-responsive on his registered email address with the company for 10 consecutive days, the money-back guarantee offer becomes void for the contract/project.

– RM Solution will review and uphold the offer at its own discretion.

Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Fraudulent:

Our company does not charge any credit/debit card without customer authorization. Customers always pay through a secure payment link generated by our merchant. RM Solution does not support or engage in any fraudulent activities.

 

Product Not Received

Customers claiming that a product/service was not received while the project is still in progress will not be eligible for a refund if delays occurred due to changes in project requirements or any delay caused by the customer at any stage. As stated in our Terms & Conditions, a “Change of Requirement” may affect both project timeline and cost.

 

If the customer chooses not to continue, they must submit a formal cancellation request with a valid reason. This request will be reviewed by our QA team, and a partial refund may be offered only if the customer is eligible under our stated Terms & Conditions.

Clients must submit any billing or service-related concerns directly to RM Solution before initiating a chargeback.

 

Chargebacks filed without first attempting a formal dispute resolution with RM Solution may void any refund eligibility.

 

Product / Service Unacceptable If a customer claims that a product or service is unacceptable, no action will be taken without the customer’s feedback and approval. Once a design or deliverable is approved, the customer cannot later claim the product as unacceptable or damaged.

 

RM Solution provides unlimited revisions within the scope of the project until customer concerns are addressed. In many cases, work may be recreated from scratch to ensure customer satisfaction. As dedicated resources are assigned to each project, customers are not entitled to a full reimbursement based solely on dissatisfaction after approval.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are provided. Services may be revised or redone within the allowed timeframe as outlined in the project agreement.

 

Credit Not Processed A customer may only claim that a credit was not processed if a refund was explicitly committed in writing by RM Solution’s Billing or Customer Care team and was not processed within the communicated timeframe.

 

General / Other Disputes In general dispute cases, RM Solution does not entertain refunds due to a change of mind, as company resources, time, and manpower are invested in delivering services.

 

To protect our company’s reputation and maintain customer satisfaction, RM Solution aims to resolve disputes fairly and may offer appropriate refund resolutions when applicable.
